What If the Parcel Is Delivered Late?
Delivery delays may occur due to the following reasons:
Reason 1: Order Confirmation Delay

If an order is confirmed after 4:00 PM, delivery time may be extended by one additional working day.

If the customer misses the confirmation call, message, or email, the order will not be dispatched until confirmation is completed.
Reason 2: Incomplete or Incorrect Information

If the shipping address, city, or contact number is incomplete or incorrect, the order remains pending for verification, which may cause delays.
Reason 3: Company-Side Delay

If the customer submits and confirms the order on time with complete and correct details, but the delivery is still delayed, darazz.com.pk will provide a discount voucher for the customer’s next purchase.
Is Order Confirmation Required Before Shipping?
Yes. After an order is placed, it is verified through a confirmation call, message, or email. Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation from the customer.
